Do you have Cash on Delivery service?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on a minimum order of Rs.500.

What are the Prepaid & COD charges?

The shipping charges for Prepaid order is Rs.90 & COD order is Rs. 150.

Note- In case the pincode is of a remote/special location, we will update you the charges & take confirmation before processing the order.

Are shipping charges included in the product price?
No, the charges are extra.

Do you ship to all locations?
Yes, we deliver all over India.

How many days will my order take to arrive?

We promise to dispatch your product within 2 business days. Transit time can be anywhere between 2-7 working days as per location.

What is your return/exchange/refunds policy?

Please note that it is mandatory to share the complete end to end UNBOXING video with us over Email/Whatsapp to claim any Returns/Refunds/Exchanges. Please note that the video should be original, unedited and should cover the unboxing of the complete courier packaging. In case you fail to make the unboxing video, no requests will be taken.

We provide returns/exchanges/refunds only under the below circumstances:
1) You receive a broken product: Once the video is approved, we will send you a replacement free of cost. If the same piece is not available, we will offer an exchange or provide you with store credits of the same amount.

2) You receive the wrong product: Please reach out to the team in case you receive a wrong product with the Video Proof. Once the video is approved, we promise to offer you the best solution.

3) You receive an incomplete order: Please reach out to the team in case you receive an incomplete order with the Video Proof. Once the video is approved, we promise to offer you the best solution.

4) You are not happy with the size/colour/fitting/quality: Please note that there is no scope of returns/exchanges/refunds possible over such reasons. Please feel free to ask us as many questions as possible related to the product in case you have doubts. Our team is happy to share photos, videos and even try on photos of all our products on Instagram/Whatsapp before you place your order. 

5) In case of any disputes, TheBoxFriend reserves the right to take the final call.
